yukibana.......OoooooooH........
Yup you've guessed it right! I got the name for my jewellery line from a song. The title is Glamorous Sky, sung by Mika Nakashima! Yukibana means snowcrystals in Japanese.
It couldn't be more perfect since this website is filled with crystals and me being born on Winter Solstice!

I have a fatal attraction for cuteness, sparkly things, and anything tiny partly because i'm kinda on the petite side too!
As long as i can remember, I've been collecting bits and pieces of beads, sequins, glitter and seashells, all stuffed into my Caboodle box.

Hours were spent during the school holidays making beaded accessories such as sewing sequins and beads together onto hairbands. Besides my interest in crafts during young, i also loved colouring in my Geisha girls colouring book.(my favourite!) Much later on, that lead me to an online design path, a Multimedia Design Course in Nafa (Singapore) where i majored in Web Design.

All my work is inspired by everything in the universe...literally!
I love astronomy, different culture, marine life, nature, animals, fantasy, fairytales, goth, anything Japanese, fashion icons such as Gwen Stefani, Anna Sui, Vivenne Westwood and not forgetting music! I enjoy playing guitar in my metal band, hence a lil' rockstar touch in these jewellery which are also named after artists/bands or song titles.

As you can see i'm passionate about so many things!
I'm dying to release the creative juices oozing out from my brain and contribute to the world. My ideal galaxy would be a realm of dreamlike ambience, filled with fun and unique treasures!
I hope you will be delighted with what Yukibana has to offer, i look forward in producing more special pieces for u!
